I was always leery in the past to take my vehicle to a Transmission shop because of all the horror stories that my friends have experienced with their cars. Mark and his team at AAMCO proved this myth wrong!! They helped me more than I could have ever thought possible from having my car towed at no charge to me, doing a free inspection of my car to find the problems and giving me many options for fixing my car WITHOUT THE COMMON DAY CLOSING PRESSURE!!!!.
Extremely accomodating and trustworthy. It was the holidays and they got me in, communicated with me regularly and even gave me a ride!
I had a great experience here at Aamco. They identified several problem areas and pointed them out to me so I could verify the issue. They were very understanding and personable in regards to my budget constraints and offered me several options to address the issues I had in the easiest way possible. Had an issue with our air conditioner not putting out cold air. Rommel and his staff diagnosed the problem and repaired and solved our issue. He was concerned and patient with us about our issue. Very happy to have them work on our vehicle!
