I was always leery in the past to take my vehicle to a Transmission shop because of all the horror stories that my friends have experienced with their cars. Mark and his team at AAMCO proved this myth wrong!! They helped me more than I could have ever thought possible from having my car towed at no charge to me, doing a free inspection of my car to find the problems and giving me many options for fixing my car WITHOUT THE COMMON DAY CLOSING PRESSURE!!!!.
Extremely accomodating and trustworthy. It was the holidays and they got me in, communicated with me regularly and even gave me a ride!
I had a great experience here at Aamco. They identified several problem areas and pointed them out to me so I could verify the issue. They were very understanding and personable in regards to my budget constraints and offered me several options to address the issues I had in the easiest way possible. What more can I say besides WOW! Rommel the owner is a very understanding and caring person. I was out of state and had to drop my vehicle at his shop after my transmission failed. He and his team diagnosed the issues and with a lot of thought and how far away I was. I decided to transport the vehicle home. Rommel and his team were willing to do just about anything to earn my business! I would recommend his shop to anyone looking for an honest and fair priced shop!
